Operate large trucks, lift and carry, climb stairs, walk and talk and chew gum ie, no back problems that would prevent you from delivering packages or driving a big rig over the road for 12-16 hours at a time, nothing that would keep you from interacting appropriately with customers or recipients of packages. Has very little to do with your over all health as long as that doesn't interfere with job requirements. Hemorrhoids won't be a problem for them but a hernia probably would so bend over and cough might be part of it.
