So I'm moving from St Paul MN to Houston TX?

I only have $1700 and I need to get my ticket ($160 greyhound) and have at least August and September rent and bills/fees saved up rent&bills will be $386 (i have a roommate down there waiting 4 me) Is there a way I can move all my boxes down there for $500-$700 bucks? Please don't say UPACK or ABF moving companies they're too damn high. Can I do it by usps,fedex or ups?I have like 15 boxes they're not extremely large/heavy just 3 of them are heavy, how much could this cost me? i don't have a car! and i don't know how to calculate the shipping cost, i dont have any measuring tape either!Please help thx :)
