She told me what I wanted to hear, but I don't know how to respond.?

So this girl I've liked the whole school year told me that she broke up with her boyfriend for me ( Was last week ) but she never told me this. She also told me that she gave him another chance because " nothing was happening" when I just wanted to give her time to get overr him I mean it's only been a week and a half. And when she told me this over the phone I was so in shock I didn't respond and she said bye and I felt like crap that I let her slip through my feelings. This was last night. Now I'm up and I want to just spill the beans but I don't know how. I want to tell her I love her and all but I don't know how to say it or how to approach it. I just want her to know that I am more than her friend and I have real feelings for her. Help?
