I had a terrifying dream, what does it mean?

Okay, well, you know the horror movie, the grudge, well... I had a dream that I met this girl, and we became great friends. And we got on to talking about things, and I mentioned that I was scared of pale asian girls with long black hair (a.k.a., yurei). And then she screamed pointing behind me. When I turned around, there was Kayako, from the grudge standing sideways, with her head tilted up to look at me, making that nasty croaking noise. Then, I ran, as fast as I could. And, then, it seemed whenever I accidently mentioned her, someone similair, or even thought about her, she'd appear again to walk after me... then the dream ended. I was up for a while, then fall back asleep. The dream continued. What does this mean ? I wasn't even thinking about the grudge, and it didn't even really affect me too badly. Haven't seen it in about a year. Yet, the dream was so utterly terrifying.. I'm scared it'll continue again.
