37w5d and about ready to croak, help!?

God am i miserable. I have had a good past few weeks, welll here i am 37 weeks and i am gona kill over. I also got put on some diet for borderline gestational diabetes on Saturday which is a joke as i need some chocolate! What can i do to pass the time wisely because honestly this sucks!
