Have you found that conservatives seem much more likely to criticize a woman who chooses not to have children?

I have told my family that the priorities in my life are my education and career, and that I do not want to have children. I am also not looking to get married until after my twenties. Kids and marriage would just mean that I wouldn't get to do the things I've always wanted to do. Most everyone in my family is fine with that and encourages me to do what will make me happy. The only person that has an issue with my choices is my grandmother, a wretched, old, right wing, Baptist hag, who as far as I'm concerned can croak any day now. For the life of her, she just cannot understand why I feel there is more to life than waiting on a husband and giving birth (eww!). She has even taken to calling and harassing my parents about it. It's not just her either. I have found that more than a few righties have such a misogynist view of younger women as well.
