Paypal / Ebay Question: Dispute / Signed, tracked, over $250 but?....?

Did you track the package and see if it was delivered? If so, you can prove you shipped it. I just lost a case against a Japanese buyer who says it was never received and because it was overseas I dont have a USPS tracking number. The feedback may have been left before they received the item. What did she mean by you "helped them through completion"? Was there a problem before?
