How do I get my girlfriend to open me up?

a can of beans. I broke both my arms a couple of weeks ago and I have to have my girlfriend do everything for me. I can type, however, very slowly since I was told to limit my movements of my arms and hands. Today, I want beans, but i can't open them because it involves me using my arms, which i was told not to. What is a polite way to get her to open the beans? Im hungry....
