Did anyone get a free Identity Pursuit in the mail?

I got a package today, it was FedEx, and inside i got a free Identity Pursuit game, I've never heard of this game. There was also a letter inside written to me, and signed by someone named Charles Jeffrey. I've never heard of any of this... am i the only one who received such a package today?
