? About USPS shipping.?

I ordered a item from amazon and they said it left the facility at 2:20 AM June 15. I just checked, and it said that it had a arrival scan at FEDEX SMARTPOST in Chino, California at 7:08 PM. It's only 7:05 PM!. I live about 1 and a 1/2 hours from chino and I don't understand how it can arrive at 7:08 when it's not even 7:08! So is it an estimated arrival at FEDEX SMARTPOST?
